Client Service Manager 客服经理

Working Location: Saskatoon, SK

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with SINP Immigration procedure and strong customer service oriented;
• Setup schedule with clients for business exploratory trip, including visit local businesses, living environment, schools etc.;
• Serves as liaison between the customers and various departments;
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results;
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
• Follow up with clients periodically;
• Perform daily office work;

Requirement:

• Previous related immigration work experience is an asset;
• Team player with good driving record, a valid driver license is a must;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both English and Chinese;
• Hands on experience with MS Office software;
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administrative or Commerce;
• Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of hotel reservations, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers;
