Service quality is key to keep customers coming back. Because of recommendations from others, the other day I drove my colleague over there far away from Kanata, trying to show him some nice food. We stood in the restaurant for 10 minutes and nobody would care to help us. What an embarrassment in front of my friend, who was visiting from China! We eventually left for another restaurant in the south. After that, I never went back again
