The greatest cultures of atheism are represented by the following:

1. the former Soviet Union;
2. the People's Republic of China before 1980s;
3. Cuba;
4. North Korea;

Please give more examples if you wish or provide evidences if you want to exclude any of the above from the list.

想不到你这么无知。执政的政府提倡'无神论'并不能代表当地的文化。苏联属于东正教的文化。中国是儒释道文化（还有很多回教徒），北韩应该是儒教道教，古巴应该是天主教的吧？
真正的无神论者是那些脱离了以前信仰的宗教而不再相信任何宗教的人。
奇怪的是，从基督徒变为真正的无神论者的人很多，而从穆斯林教徒佛教徒等变成真正的无神论的人很少。
