Seems the new lowest mortgage rate is 4.3% from CIBC

Choose fixed rate or open variable rate?

昨天我的银行还跟我说能给个5年4.5%的。看样子美联储再次降息终于影响到咱这嘎哒了 俺快忍不住要换了:blink:能降到5年4.3%对俺已经很有成就感了。如果房子还没到交接的时候，那就先hold一个吧
