Dear Chinese Friends;
We bought a new house and payed money for internet, the Primus have left us without internet service for three weeks. We booked the move early enough but they have been totally incompetent. We need internet work at home and my son need to use internet for homework, so we have to go to Timhortons to use internet everyday, please don't choose Primus for your home internet service, they don't know how to do business to service their customer, All the Chinese people living in Ottawa should not give them a business! 21 days not internet for us, what a story in Canada-- internet service worse than a third world country! On top of this they have been lying to us blaming Bell when they had not even sent a ticket to them.
BTW their long distance service to China is cheap but the quality is very, very bad. Save your time and money and use another provider.
