A public consultation this Saturday May 25 will unveil three alternative plans for the former Canadian Forces Base Rockcliffe. The Canada Lands Company (CLC), the Crown corporation that owns the 125-hectare site, aims to create a new mixed-use district with 10,000 to 15,000 residents and 4,500 to 6,000 new houses and apartments.
