End use of 'gas chamber,' SPCA urged

Some 30 animal rights activists gathered Saturday outside of the SPCA Outaouais in Gatineau Saturday to protest the facility's euthanasia of animals with carbon monoxide. Protesters called for the location to cease using its euthanasia cabinet, a small box that fills with lethal carbon monoxide gas.
