20-2 Dropping and Re-Dropping， 抛球与重抛
a. 由谁抛球,如何抛球
要点:
1、必须由选手本人抛球
2、抛球时选手必须站直，手臂伸展，持球至肩高。
3、如果由他人代抛，或以其它方式抛球，并未按照Rule 20-6改正错误,选手罚1杆。
4、如果抛球在撞击球场的某一部分之前或之后,接触到任何人或任何人的设备,必须重新抛球，不罚杆。

c. 何时重新抛球
当高尔夫球
(i) rolls into and comes to rest in a hazard;
滚入并停在障碍区内;
(ii) rolls out of and comes to rest outside a hazard;
滚出并停在障碍区外;
(iii) rolls onto and comes to rest on a putting green;
滚入并停在果岭上;
(iv) rolls and comes to rest out of bounds;
滚到并停在界外;
(v) rolls to and comes to rest in a position where there is interference by the condition from which relief was taken under Rule 24-2b (immovableobstruction), Rule 25-1 (abnormal ground conditions), Rule 25-3 (wrong putting green) or a Local Rule (Rule 33-8a), or rolls back into the pitch-mark from which it was lifted under Rule 25-2 (embedded ball);

If the ball when re-dropped rolls into any position listed above, it must be placed as near as possible to the spot where it first struck a part of the course when re-dropped.

Note 1: If a ball when dropped or re-dropped comes to rest and subsequently moves, the ball must be played as it lies, unless the provisions of any other Rule apply.
Note 2: If a ball to be re-dropped or placed under this Rule is not immediately recoverable, another ball may be substituted.
