Mississippi Valley residents warned of rising water, risk of flooding, after weekend rain

Residents in the Mississippi Valley Watershed region are being warned to stay away from dams after heavy rainfall this weekend. While water levels throughout the entire western portion of the watershed have increased, the Mississippi Valley Conservation office is particularly concerned about rising levels in Dalhousie Lake.
