A man the Ontario Provincial Police warned was armed and dangerous and on the run in Eastern Ontario has been arrested. Taylor Schell, 27, was wanted on an outstanding robbery warrant after a person entered Karten Metals — a scrap metal and recycling business — in Trenton, brandishing a firearm.
