室外机不转，空调坏了！

是否有电都搞不定。找人修吧。这大热天的。

如果还有保修,找保修.如果没有保修了, 自己打开盖子, 按一下reset 按钮. 再不行，找人修。

是因为没有摘罩的缘故？

when the AC was installed usually the technical would remind you to remove the cover at the beginning of the Spring before turning on the AC. When the AC is on, the fan inside will blow out the hot air, imagine it is covered, the hot air will stay in your machine while your engine is working.

室外机一般都有一个专门的电源插座供电。空调附近的墙上应该有一个电源盒。
