Bryden mum about Plasco financing as countdown begins on city deal

Rod Bryden’s Plasco Energy Group has till the end of the summer to find hundreds of millions of dollars to build a waste-to-energy plant. The city has warned him time is running out and Bryden refuses to say whether he’ll meet the deadline.
