OTTAWA — A man wanted for a series of burglaries in Ottawa nearly two months ago has been arrested in Toronto. Ottawa police were looking for 46-year-old Ronald McDonald after a string of daytime break and enters on May 28 near Arlington Avenue and Cambridge Street.
