not necessary. I am using roger 35, but often got disconnected and very slow...can you believe it? so I finally called to cancel and now looking for a new provider too

如果不出问题还是不错。但一旦出问题，据说就会体会到什么叫叫天天不应。。。不过这些年我没遇到过这些。
唯一不好的是要预付一年的费用。价格应该是最便宜的。

对质量要求高，就上bell rogers，做好被宰的准备，据说他们随时涨价
对价格敏感，就上cik xinflix，做好上网困难的准备，据说他们经常暴慢

We used to use Rogers but switched to Bell many years ago. Their services are pretty good and the network is very stable. As for the price, you have to call once a year to get the new deal/promotion ... otherwise, 做好被宰的准备!

yes, to be more accurate it should be CAD35.

I find it on redflagdeal that is called w35 or something like that. And add cad10 it could be unlimited. If so that is good deal.

BUT rogers sucks. So does others. Welcome to the real world.
