热狗了解我啊。我投诉刚开始给我优惠然后又说我自己不要的问题。。。。手机问题我可从来没纠结 。而且刚开始也是他们说有优惠给我的。。
 
你太好说话了,手机这么快就坏了,你又没摔过,怎么能自己吃进呢。
credit的事情你好像没什么证据。。。
 
你就说手机坏了,不能用了,只能取消计划了~~~

I did complained before for a rogers' phone. my sony phone is broken and i called rogers, but they told me that i need to send my phone to sony because the policy is changed for sony's phone. so i complained to BBB and couple of days later, someone from rogers called me and solved my problem.

几年前我被Rogers“骗”了,我告诉Rogers 如果他们继续狡辩的话,我就向BBB投诉。So I got what I wanted at the end.
 
给优惠的那个电话你没要reference #吗?每次交流他们一定会有记录的,防止将来扯皮。 你再想想是哪天打这个电话的,先‘请’他们调你profile里那天的记录,把大概过程讲一下是一定可以调到的。你先调出来,然后再讲拒绝优惠的事情。 客服最讨厌这种擦屁股的麻烦事,一定是赖皮到底,希望你马上挂电话。你不就可以义正言辞地找经理跟你谈话了?因为客服无能啊,帮不了你啊。 可是你也得想好为什么他们一定得给你这个优惠,这是底线。任凭别人怎么忽悠你都不能跨越。什么事儿总得清清楚楚吧,不给也得讲个清楚吧。靠你的战斗力了,加油MM!
