Did you reveive the letter in English?
I received the letter and encluded paper all in Franch? I'm frustrated? I don't get exactly what they said?

you can reach gradulate office by 7731201 and ask them your status.

The acceptance letter from UQO is in French but I just guessed and also asked the secretary.

收到的法文信就是OFFER，在最后一行的左边打个勾，签上名交回去就可以了。8月18日开始注册、选课。

Thanks a lot,my friend.But unfortunately, I might need to take 2 socalled prequalified courses, they are basic mathematics of finance and basic accounting which all I studied before.Does anybody has any ideaabou that?

可以拿原来的成绩单去系里面谈吧，问清楚原因，说你的理由，如果不行，在接受。（或者你原来的分数学校认为不够高？）
即使学校仍然要你上那两门，也没关系，那两门课据说很容易的，不要担心。
