Some vehicles are pre-sold before shipped from manufacture or other dealer's lot. If they don't count B2B days, then they miss out a lot.

The proper word should be "Days of supply", that is the method all manufatures do their inventory management. In general speaking, it is for the whole market, such as Audi Canada, or Toyata USA, not for a single local dealer, such as Mark Motors or Tony Graham Toyota etc.
And dealer trade will not consider as days of supply. Do not understand quite well about your “B2B days”
