OTTAWA — A modest museum in Stittsville is engaged in a bidding war for military memorabilia that tells the history of one of the area’s most decorated veterans. The Goulbourn Museum is hoping to put in the top bid on eBay Thursday for a set of medals and photographs belonging to Clarence Evelyn Rielly, a First and Second World War veteran originally hailing from Richmond.
