A 50-year-old soldier accused of stabbing his 28-year-old wife to death will appear in court on Tuesday. Howard Richmond reported his wife, Melissa Richmond, missing on July 24. On Aug. 2 he was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection with her death.
