Child, 4, brings cocaine-filled lighter to school in Renfrew

The discovery that a four-year-old child brought a cocaine-filled lighter to school in Renfrew on Thursday led to charges against a relative of the child. Ontario Provincial Police said they were called on Thursday after staff discovered the student brought what appeared to be a lighter to school.
