It's not just pushed in all the way, you still need to adjust after finished installation.
Since rotors and pads has +/- few percentage thickness, so after finished all installation. You still need to adjust the system so won't be to lose, or too tight.

我另外想到一些可能性,仅供参考。
导向柱(Guide Pin)如果没变型并且胶套(bushing)没破损的话应该没有必要换,但润滑很重要。在卸掉车轮的情况下,整个刹车钳(caliper)应该可以用手比较轻松的在其活动范围内推拉滑动。建议看看导向柱孔是否有脏东西积存导致其孔径变细,进而使导向柱滑动阻力增大,造成刹车片回位困难。
另外建议你看看外侧刹车片是否有滑动受阻的情况,通常情况下内侧刹车片磨损的要快些。
