NVTL may not survive of its heavy debt based on its cash position.

The number of hiden shares far exceeded its OS common shares due to series of financing (of conversion price under $1.00/share). The fiancial owners already logged in 400% profit at today's price. (Please read K-10).

I don't understand why people are so optimistic about NVTL. One day, they will learn another lesson.

SWIR may have a brighter future. It's a highly risky issue but also high potential. However, the stock is near term overbought!

SW.TO 上周达CND21.00 出现SELL OFF, 连跌5天, 今天回稳. 长期趋势不变,年底看CND35.00-40.00. 原因:

1. 9月上中旬,机构仍在大量增加仓位.
2. 其产品销售良好. 其AIR CARD 已成为LAPTOP 的缺省配置(你可去FUTURE SHOP 看看)

TORONTO, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Wi-Lan Inc. (WIN) said on Thursday it would raise C$12 million ($9 million) in a bought deal, with proceeds going to potential acquisition opportunities and general corporate purposes.

The company said a syndicate of underwriters, led by Orion Securities Inc., agreed to purchase 2.9 million units of the company for C$4.15 each.

Wi-Lan has also given the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 435,000 units for C$4.15 each until 48 hours before the expected closing on Oct. 29.

Shares of Wi-Lan, halted on the Toronto Stock Exchange pending the news, closed at C$4.41 on Wednesday.
