Female pedestrian killed on Woodroffe Avenue

Woodroffe Avenue is closed in both directions just south of Richmond Road while police investigate a fatal collision involving a pedestrian. The collision occurred at about 1 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Woodroffe and Saville Row. Police said later Tuesday afternoon that the woman had died from her injuries. Police traffic collision specialists were investigating the death.
