It was a rainy Halloween night, but trick-or-treaters in Ottawa remained undeterred by the drizzly weather, instead running ahead of their umbrella-toting parents in search of the next candy haul. The annual haunted house at the Rideau Hall Visitors’ Centre was a popular attraction, with a steady stream of children and their parents.
