A former Ottawa lawyer stripped of his license to practice law this week says he will appeal the decision. A three-person panel of the Law Society of Upper Canada, which regulates legal professions in Ontario, found on Monday that Luc Barrick had misappropriated clients’ money and committed professional misconduct.
