Like many educated immigrants to Canada, Francisco Munoz could at first find only manual labour — in his case as a landscaper for a property manager. Soon, however, the chemical engineer from Mexico was focused on getting his hands not dirty but clean — with the foaming sanitizer that has become a staple of public bathrooms around the world, and which Munoz says he played a key part in inventing.
