Flags flown at half-mast at the Goulbourn Town Hall

Ottawa - The flags at the Goulbourn Town Hall, located at 2135 Huntley Road, will be flown at half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, the day of the funeral of the late Mrs. Betty Hill.

Mrs. Hill served as the first Mayor of Goulbourn Township, and officiated at the sod-turning ceremony for the Goulbourn Town Hall on November 16, 1974. Mrs. Hill also served as Regional Councillor for the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton.

Mrs. Hill passed away on November 4, 2013.
