Planning committee approves its small share of city budget

Members of the planning committee approved the their portion of the city’s 2014 budget Tuesday morning, outlining ongoing plans to improve social housing projects. The planning department anticipates nearly $39 million for spending with about $41 million in revenue, which equates to an overall budget decrease of 11.5 per cent from 2013.
