Trial date set for Calypso Waterpark on safety charges

Calypso Theme Waterpark will stand trial for three weeks next September for alleged safety violations. The Limoges, Ont. waterpark is facing 20 charges under the province’s Technical Standards and Safety Act after a series of incidents on the Pirates Aquaplay, Steamer and Bobsleigh slides in 2011 and 2012.
