An OPP collision reconstructionist, whose evidence the defence has already moved to have excluded in its entirety, agreed Monday that without having been on the scene of the fatal collision that killed Bryan Casey, his report on the crash can only rely on the incomplete and sometimes incorrect information he received from another officer.
