A fire that broke out in the Glebe on Monday, leaving three people and four animals homeless, was caused by faulty electrical wiring, according to the Ottawa Fire Service. Firefighters responded Monday around 2 p.m. to a fire at 150 Third Ave. One dog had to be rescued from the fire.
