Police probe death of missing North Dundas man

Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found Monday, almost two weeks after he went missing in North Dundas. Ralph Dowdall, 69, hadn’t been seen since Dec. 18 when officers asked for the public’s help finding him. Police said Dowdall was in poor health and didn’t have access to a car.
