“妻子如衣服”是说的不对，但是我没有看出来这个男的哪一点做错了呀。
应该改成“象这样的妻子如衣服”。
纽约是个比较容易生存的地方，前提是要付出劳动，要能吃苦。一个普通文书
的收入不比这里HIGH TECH有工作时的收入少多少(税后)。走到卖淫的
地步，是谁的错呢？
我在这里也听说过这样的例子，最后的结果是离婚后男人还要负责抚养女人，
没有孩子，男人最后对女人说：你放过我吧。
很多国家的法律都规定离婚后，男人要付抚养费给女人，中国也是这样，无非付的多少有区别而已。但应该考虑一下为什么会有这项法律出台呢？如果离婚后男人不付巨额抚养费，那不是更不把婚姻当回事？！我觉得这样做的初衷是想让那些对婚姻极其不付责任的男人受法律的惩罚，履行其义务。如果他不想付，那从一开始就正确对待婚姻，不儿戏。离婚也逃避不了责任！

I am sick of those "gold diggers" screwing their husbands and children with lawyers. Here is my reply to one of the post here.
1。由于你自己的过错被老板解雇，你没有资格领取失业保险，这是常识
answer: being laid off due to incapacity. of course he can enjoy unemployment benefit.
2。宣布破产后(停止支付房子按揭╋汽?分期，房子╋汽?被拍脔)，在6年内，你不得从事金融，证券方面的工作，这是法律。所以，向我解释一下你如何又得到第二分工作的。
answer: how do you know it is bankrupt?? he can work with banks to sell his properties to pay the bill. this can be easily arranged with banks.
3。"在工作中有意出邋╋不?地多算几百孺美元╋或少算几百孺美元"，这是security misdemeanor，10年内，你不得从事从事金融，证券方面的工作，这也是法律。
你说自己在攘_?种??蠊?井?谓鹑诜治???敲纯隙?脊?63。2和3在S63是必考题，不要对我说你忘了。
answer: i am not a security analyst, but there is many ways of "showing yourself" uncapable to be removed from the post without jeopardizing future empployment potential. for a person with his caliber, i am sure he can figure out a way。 If someone can not have his boss lay him/her off, please let me know :

纽约是无过错离婚，根本没有分居才能提出离婚这一说。况且，你有domestic violence案底(你太太申请的禁止令)，无论在任何一州，只要你太太坚持，就能让法庭判决离婚。
answer: it has to be extreme case of domestic violence to get granted for no waiting period. do you know the "reported" domestic violence rate in US is "47%". The unreported rate is estimated over 90% for couples of 5 years of longer.
Here is the law from NJ for your reference:
A. Adultery - There is no waiting period;
B. Extreme Cruelty - You may file three months after the last act of cruelty occurred;
C. Desertion - You must wait 12 months after the desertion occurs before filing your complaint;
D. "No Fault" - If you and your spouse have been living separate and apart for 18 consecutive months, you may file a complaint for divorce with the 18 month separation as grounds.
5。"我通咿Home Equity Line╋取出房子上的所有的儋?"
你大概从未做过loan，必须有夫妻双方的签名才可以。当然，你可能是伪造你太太签名。不过，警告你一下，伪造签名可是重罪。
Answer: You are assuming this property is under both names. I am sure this is not the case. Even two parties signiture required, there is still way to do it. Believe me, my dear ladies.
6。?把所有的遑弈到父母的?户
只要钱的数目大于$10K，银行就会报告给有关部门。在离婚财产划分时，法官可视情节，判断你是否在有计划的转移财产。你将得不到任何好处。
Answer: Are you sure? Have you even seen a court decree yet? Haha...
仍是那句老话：
白日做梦可以，但不要误导别人。
Answers: I am not recommending taking this extreme measure to get even. But I just would like to warn those "gold diggers" that there are many ways for a man choose. Do NOT take advantage of the legal systems here, ladies.
Remember those hardworking Chinese men are human beings also.

看完之后很遗憾..要说用"活该"两个字来形容这两个男女足够.该用感情来维系的东西却用其他杂七杂八的诸如伎俩,美貌,金钱,物质来维系,那结果只能是这样.可我所遗憾的不是这个,而是因此而引起的人与人之间的信任危机..如果两个将要结婚或已经结婚的人都要互相提防,怕被对方算计,怕自己少算计了对方,那其他人之间更不会有温暖的关系.这世界岂不是太可怕了..刚看完笑言网站的"没人知道我爱你",很欣赏里面的童超,我以为做男人就该做成这个样子,甚至做人,不管男女,都应该做成这个样子.."人类一算计,上帝就发笑",如果每个人的人格中多点纯粹的东西,大家都会其乐融融.至少我会选择跟比较纯粹的人打交道,为了不给自己招惹这样的麻烦..
这虽然是很少的个例,可是却影响深远,使本来就风声鹤唳的国外华人圈雪上加霜.国外的人更怕被算计.相信以后人们只会更加提防更加算计.这个地方不能呆了,令人寒心..
