Ottawa group DreamKEEPERS celebrated a decade of holding Martin Luther King Day award ceremonies at Ottawa City Hall on Monday, January 20, 2014. Jean Augustine, the first black woman cabinet minister in Canada, presented the DreamKEEPERS Life Achievement Award to former Governor General Michaëlle Jean, the first black governor General of Canada.
