02年我在某政府部门的时候，我们都是从美国请人，我负责准备打印procurement，时薪是USD $150，那时候CAD 是0.6多点，当地的中国人就拿$150+，10多年过去了，现在虽然没有怎么涨，但也没有降。

For an IT personnel who wants to make a lot of dollars, US has better markets. Canada much worse. But not everyone wants to move... So...

是的。 因为每一张INVOICE 上写的都是contractor名字，看起来好像contractor 能拿到很多钱，其实这钱由政府发到CONTRACTOR 的AGENCY 账上。至于有多少发到真正干活的contractor 手里，是他们之间的事。政府不管。

楼这么高，爬了一半儿。这还有什么可以犹豫的，只要两个人在一起就行，何况还是据说很舒服的政府工，钱多固然好，再多的钱如果买不来团圆都是白瞎。
