A frostbite advisory has been issued by Ottawa Public Health for overnight Saturday into Sunday morning. Advisories are issued when a wind chill below -25 is expected. Environment Canada is predicting a wind chill of -25 overnight and -28 in the morning. The overnight low is expected to be -18 C.
