Khurram Sher terrorism trial: Defence attacks RCMP translation

Arabic words translated from a secretly recorded conversation between Khurram Sher and two other alleged terrorist conspirators were replaced with English words and phrases that ignored all but the most damning definitions, defence lawyer Michael Edelson said Wednesday. The accusation came during his cross-examination of RCMP Const. Driss Drissi, who translated Arabic words and phrases from the 2010 recording.
