Khurram Sher terrorism trial told how RCMP followed men on camping trip

OTTAWA — Undercover police trailed four men from a Canadian Tire store to Gatineau Park in the summer of 2010 and watched while they set up camp, rented canoes and used trees for target practice. Alleged terrorist conspirator Khurram Sher, who is pleading not guilty to conspiring with two others to facilitate a terrorist activity, was not among them, according to evidence Thursday at his trial.
