视觉效果和感观都不错，model house 除了不能完全按自己要求选择这一方面外还有什么不足之处？如果买model house 有什么是要和卖房公司必需谈的，个人认为model house 应该是精品中精品是吗？

I earlier talked to the sales manager about the model home, they told me not recommended due to the model hours richcraft selling now ARE NOT energy star efficicent because it was built way earlier. This conversation is about 1.5 years ago. Better check with selling agent to confirm, as Richcraft might convert those houses.

model house不见得便宜， 很可能更贵，因为里面加了很多upgrade, 你去买的话，无论你是否愿意要那些upgrade，builder都是要作价卖给你的。造成的后果就是你的房子，跟同区域同类型的房子比，价格高出一大截。将来如果要卖房，你很难作决断，因为你的成本比别的同类型房子要高，而且你不可能把出售价格定得太高，即便你的upgrade在买的时候再贵也没用。
