Citizen reporter honoured for PTSD series

Citizen reporter Chris Cobb has won the Joan Gullen Award for Media Excellence for his groundbreaking series on post-traumatic stress disorder and mental injury in military veterans. Cobb’s series,“A Long Scar in the Soul, included rare interviews with Canadian veterans from several conflicts and peace keeping missions, including Afghanistan, Bosnia and Cyprus.
