Supervised injection sites urged for Ottawa

A rally on Parliament Hill this Sunday will call for supervised injection sites in Ottawa. The Campaign for Safer Consumption Sites contends that Ottawa Public Health lags behind agencies in Toronto and Montreal, which have openly endorsed supervised injection sites. There are currently no such sites in Ottawa.
