A heavy snowfall warning has been issued for part of Ottawa, as the capital braces for between 10 and 15 centimetres of snow on Saturday. Environment Canada warned on Friday night that a “potent disturbance“ recently over Minnesota was due to cross Toronto shortly after midnight, before reaching eastern Ontario.
