Question: We live in a highrise condo and my husband wants to let our cat go out on our balcony, but I am advising against it. I think there is a good possibility that our cat could lose his balance and fall off the balcony. My husband feels that cats have a natural sense of balance and that the likelihood of him losing his balance would be highly unlikely. Who is correct?
