OTTAWA — A suspect arrested after three retail robberies faces more charges following a holdup at a Vanier grocery store in which a man threatened an employee with a syringe. Police said a man disguised with sunglasses and a mask covering part of his face passed a note to a cashier to demand money around 11 a.m. on March 26 at a grocery store on McArthur Avenue.
