個人覺得: 是傳統沒錯,但說成傳統文化 (以對照英國文化) 又太沉重。
中國文化其實有非常多的對陌生人的義務,只不過內鬥激烈而往往為個體的生存與發達讓路。
近代因為種種因素又有濃厚的危機感 (害怕被美帝,自己人做掉),所以還是顧不上陌生人。
