Main Responsibilities:
- To understand and facilitate the company's strategy, make sure the whole company is on the right track in its pursue of excellent and professional customer services.
- To carry out management tasks on client services and business activities under the laws and head office's direction and regulations.
- To implement head office's policies, train and motivate subordinates to fulfill daily work in a timely and efficient way.
- To take best use of resources and set up a high-efficiency team to accomplish the goals.
- To coordinate internally and externally to ensure close and smooth communication and cooperation to support the business needs.
- To provide professional, considerate, and satisfactory client services to maintain and reinforce the relationship with the clients as well as the clients' loyalty to the company.
- To continuously improve the company management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and above, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience.
- Knowledgeable of customer relationship management and business development.
- Excellent in communication and people management.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
- Fluent English speaking and writing. Verbal communication skill in Mandarin is definitely an asset.
- Hands on experience with MS Office software;
