The body of a man who went missing last year while fishing in Prince Edward County has been found. Gordon “Sandy” Rutherford, 54, went missing on Oct. 19, 2013, while fishing on West Lake, near Wellington, Ont. An extensive search of the area in the weeks following came up empty.
