Vinyl LP enthusiasts packed into Ottawa music stores Saturday for the annual worldwide Record Store Day, a celebration of independent record shops. At The Record Centre in Hintonburg, a crowd of about 80 people were lined up down Wellington Street when the shop opened and customers snaked out the doors all morning, says owner John Thompson.
