An Ottawa man has been charged with impaired and dangerous driving after police stopped a vehicle going the wrong way on Highway 417 this week. The OPP say the vehicle was travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes of the 417 near Highway 7 on Tuesday when it was pulled over shortly before midnight.
