‘It’s a miracle,’ car explosion survivor says

L’ANGE-GARDIEN — It’s appropriate that Frédérik Jeanrie lives in a place that translates as Guardian Angel, because he says the fact he survived an explosion is a miracle. His car blew up spectacularly over the weekend at his home in L’Ange-Gardien north of Buckingham, the result of a flick of a cigarette lighter that would usually be harmless.
